We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dan Henry timepiece, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for watches in unworn, original condition. All returns must include the original packaging, certificates, and accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your watch to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective films and manuals are included.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the timepiece's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
